The young Thomas in a post apocalyptic world is inserted into the
maze runner together with other boys in a maze. You have to try to find a
way out.
Without his life to remember, Thomas suddenly wakes up in an
elevator. When the door opens, he is welcomed by a group of boys in a
concrete structure that is referred to in the Glade. Gally and Newt, he
learns that two years every month a boy in the same way in the Glade
has arrived, which is surrounded by a deadly maze. Every night closes
the maze and changes the position of the walls. If the runner does not
make it back before the end of the day out of the maze, they are
threatening a victim of grievers called monster to be that inhabit the
maze at night. Their bites cause a painful transformation, which
includes also the memories of the previous life.
A short time later the first is a girl in the Glade and announced
that she was the last before she falls into a coma. When she awakens,
she prophesied that everything will change. Then the weekly supplies
from the outside world are no longer close suddenly and the gates of the
maze overnight. Thus, the young people are defenseless in the grievers.
